Andrew Mossop


Andrew has enjoyed over 20 years’ managing event agencies in both London and Asia. He is a highly committed and motivated Event Director that has worked on a broad range of projects in 28 countries across the world covering the Luxury, Financial, Property, Charity and Retail sectors. Andrew joined the Copper Bottom team in 2015.

 He thoroughly enjoys the pitch/presentation process and is very comfortable leading teams to develop creative multi media solutions that incorporate events, film, design & print and digital.

Quintessentially Events Asia

Andrew was approached by Quintessentially Events and joined the firm as Managing Director Asia to start up their Asia regional HQ. He opened offices in Hong Kong and Singapore and built a multi million pound business working with clients HSBC, Omega, M&G Asset Management, Chanel MasterCard, The British Consulate and IWC across the Asia Pacific region.

LHK Media

Andrew co-founded LHK Media, a dynamic and creative video production company with offices in both London and Hong Kong. Their clients included RBS, Deutsche Bank, ANZ, AlixPartners GSK and Norton Rose. Andrew was the creative lead and directed most of the films.

Brilliant Events

 In 1995 Andrew founded a full service event management consultancy that grew to become a significant player in the UK events industry turning over £3million. The company employed 15 staff and produced a broad range of corporate events including conferences, product launches and parties for clients like RBS, Lloyds Banking Group, Mercedes Benz, Estates Gazette, Argent Group and Deutsche Bank.

Andrew developed global leadership event programmes for C-Level executives within both the Financial Markets and Risk Divisions. He also provided communications support and presentation skill training for key executives.

Virgin Group

Andrew began at Virgin by creating an account management team at a Virgin subsidiary company Virgin Airship & Balloons, which designed, built and operated airships and hot air balloons for companies across the USA and Europe. He led teams managing multi million pound contracts with Orange, Mazda & Pink Floyd

 Subsequently He was asked to move to Virgin Group to create an internal organisation that would help harness the cross marketing opportunities that existed within the groups 100+ companies.

Andrew is also passionate about giving back and has worked on many voluntary projects including a month spent in Rwanda working for a number ofcharities and a bit closer to home working at Crisis Homeless Shelter over Christmas.

It is against this varied marketing backdrop that Andrew has now turned his attention to developing the skills of practicing leaders and managers and leveraging his experiences to help them unleash their potential.
